Police make arrest after Concourse stabbing

On the morning of Thursday 20th September, Skelmersdale police officers arrested an 19-year-old male from the Liverpool Area. The people of Ormskirk cheered, clapped and encouraged the three hundred plus runners taking part in the 10k race on Sunday 23rd September.
