Moor Hall win yet another award

Ormskirk based Michelin star restaurant Moor Hall have won another award. They have just won the Best Breakthrough award at the GQ Awards.

Moor Hall owners Andy and Tracey Bell along with chef Mark Birchall have transformed this jewel after being bought in 2015. Eighteen months of renovation allowed them to open in March 2017 and since then they have gone from strength to strength. They managed to gain a Michelin star in their first year and this latest accolade shows that the North West can mix with the best in Britain.

“What a start to a new business,” says judge Richard Corrigan. “Moor Hall is a stand out operation in every aspect.” Awarded a Michelin star in its first year of business, you know it’s the start of much more to come.
